The board members, like all our residents, want an attractive and well-kept subdivision that we can all enjoy and be proud of! 2022 ice cream social!
Hello residents! Everyone is invited to join us for the subdivision’s 2022 ice cream social! FREE ice cream will be available to all subdivision residents on Friday, September 16 from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm. The ice cream truck will be located at the Cold Spring Court island. We hope to see you there!
Subdivision split rail fence
The board is aware of the condition of the split rail fence, particularly along Middlebelt: it is overgrown with vegetation, and some sections are in disrepair.
